Privacy Policy
DATAPLORE (the “Company”) values the personal information of users of Zapery (the “Service”) and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Principles of Personal Information Processing
Using the Service requires no sign-up and no personal information. We collect an email address only when you choose to leave one in the feedback form so that we can reply (it is optional — you can send feedback without it). We process only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service, and we never read, copy, or retain the contents of your files.
2. Where Data Is Processed
The Service’s tools fall into two categories depending on where data is processed.
A. Tools Processed Within the Browser
For the following tools, the content and files you enter are processed solely within your browser (your device), and no data is transmitted to or stored on the Company’s servers or anywhere external.

Some tools (for example, Business Registration Number Lookup and Korean-to-English Address Conversion) send your input (a registration number, an address query, and the like) to public APIs operated by government agencies such as the National Tax Service and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. Their handling of that data follows those agencies' own policies.
3. Information Collected Automatically
In the course of using the Service, the following information may be generated and collected automatically.
- Access information: IP address, browser type (User-Agent), and access date and time (server access logs)
- Usage records: non-identifying statistics such as the types of tools used, the file formats converted, and whether operations succeeded
Usage records are stored only in a non-identifying form, solely for the purpose of understanding which tools are used most and improving the Service, and do not include file contents or any personally identifiable information.
4. Information Collected When You Send Feedback
When you send feedback or an inquiry, we collect the following. The legal basis is your consent under Article 15(1)1 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
- Items collected: reply email (optional), message content, interface language, and the page path where the inquiry originated
- Purpose: replying to your inquiry and improving the Service
- Retention: destroyed within one year of the inquiry being resolved (or without delay upon your request)
- The email field is optional. If you leave it blank we cannot reply, but your message is still received.
5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Uploaded files: not stored on the server and discarded immediately upon completion of processing
- Access logs: retained for up to 3 months for security and error-response purposes, then deleted
- Non-identifying usage statistics: retained for the duration of the Service’s operation (no personally identifiable information)

Because the Service is not membership-based, there is no separately stored personal information; however, you may request to review or delete automatically collected access logs using the contact below, and the Company will take action without delay in accordance with applicable law.
